HANA’S ONLINE
Checklist

You can now buy Hana over the counter at your local pharmacy without a prescription but, before you do, your pharmacist will need to ask you a few questions to check that Hana is suitable for you.

The pharmacist will ask a few questions, like whether you suffer from any relevant medical conditions or are taking any medication.

To help you feel at ease and make things quicker, you can complete our online checklist in-store or ahead of visiting the pharmacy, by clicking the button below. It’s only 6 questions, and takes less than a minute to complete. Please download or take a screenshot of your responses to show to the pharmacist who will be able to determine if Hana is suitable for you.
